Lexus and Centennial Subaru of Las Vegas have been dedicated to supporting the local community for many years, and this annual toy drive is just one of their initiatives that helps make a massive difference in the lives of autistic families. The event garners a lot of support from the local community, which allows for a more significant impact than before.
This year December 2022, Again Lexus of Las Vegas and Centennial Subaru are holding a toy drive to benefit families with autistic children. The event is organized with F.E.A.T. (Families for Early Autism Treatment), aiming to bring joy and smiles during this challenging holiday season. For those unsure, F.E.A.T. is a non-profit organization that provides support, resources, and information to families affected by autism.
Maintenance for donated toys
Regarding maintenance, Lexus and Centennial Subaru of Las Vegas provide service maintenance for donated toys. They not only collect donations but also ensure that each toy is in working condition and safe for use. This way, they can ensure that each family receives a functioning gift to enjoy. It’s through this commitment to service maintenance that the event can make such an impact on families with autistic children.
The drive runs until the 15th of December and encourages donations of new toys suitable for children aged 5 to 22. All donated items should be unwrapped, meaning recipients can see which gift they receive.
Drop off point?
To drop off a toy, head to Lexus of Las Vegas, 6600 W. Sahara Ave., or Lexus of Henderson, located at the Valley Automall, 7736 Eastgate Road. Participants can donate toys to Centennial Subaru via the donation page on the website. Do not go to Centennial Subaru locations because they are under construction. Instead, reach out to their dealership’s social media channels through the website to find out about other donation drop-off locations.
Donation Objective
Ryon Walters, Centennial Subaru General, says F.EAT is “a wonderful organization that does great work for families and children with autism.” He added, “This donation drive is an opportunity to give back to the community bringing smiles to those who need it most during this difficult holiday season. We are proud to be partnering with F.EAT on this endeavor.” The previous event raised almost $20,000 in donations for F.EAT, and this year the two companies hope to exceed that amount with your help. Donations of new toys or a financial contribution can make a huge difference to autistic families in Las Vegas.
Those who want to support the event but do not have any toys can still donate. Lexus and Centennial Subaru of Las Vegas offer monetary donations to help families affected by autism. Collected funds are allocated towards providing therapy and educational resources for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (A.S.D.) and their caregivers.
With community help, it’s possible to make this a memorable holiday for families with autistic members. Join Lexus of Las Vegas and Centennial Subaru in their mission to bring joy and smiles this holiday season! Together we can make a difference.
