The Nevada Autism Center Annual Inspirational Scholarship
Empowering Aspiring Behavioral Therapists – $1000 Annual Award
The Nevada Autism Center (NAC) is thrilled to offer our annual scholarship designed to support and encourage the education of future Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We believe in the transformative power of education and the incredible potential of those who dedicate their careers to helping individuals with autism.
In pursuing excellence and support in the behavioral therapy field, NAC’s Clinical Team eagerly awaits to review the inspiring essays from passionate students.
This opportunity is open to students currently enrolled or accepted into an accredited college or university for the upcoming semester. To participate, applicants are invited to submit a 1000-word essay on the topic of “My inspirations to become an RBT or BCBA” before the deadline of 5/15/2023.
Please send your essay to firstname.lastname@example.org. Announcement of the scholarship winner will be made by the second week of June 2024, and select essays may be published on our website to inspire others.
Choosing a career as an RBT or BCBA is a profound commitment to making a difference. It involves a dedication to learning, a compassionate approach to behavior, and a resilience that drives quality care for those with autism. Your essay should reflect your journey, motivations, and your dreams for your future in this field.
